 ECOACTIVE COMMUNITY
Ecoactive community offers a set of services regarding a sustainable building focused on specific target: high standard +55.
The final goal of Ecoactive Community (EAC) seeks to build up a construction with high technologies using the latest criteria of sustainability. In order to achieve this, some actions have been put into action already and other must be started.
Firstly, SBC formed a multidisciplinary teamwork to prepare the basis of the technical requirements. This is helping to gather the necessary incomes and further know-how in the European scale to face the project execution.
Secondly, SBC developed a viability plan, in order to verify that this initiative is affordable in terms of financing, scientific and technical issues. This originated a change of the business model which is being developed nowadays.
Thirdly, SBC looks for disseminate the EAC project at the international level in order to find out potential consumers as well as investors.
